Shipping policy

 

Shipping is free of charge for all order over 250AED, and 25.00AED for all order under 250AED within the UAE and is usually within 2-4 days from the order confirmation, sent to you via email.

Same day delivery available within Dubai - orders must be placed before 12pm. This service is not availble on Public Holidays. Should you need your item urgently kindly email us at hello@consciouscollectivelabel.com and we will do our best to support. 

The products are delivered by the courier daily from Sunday to Saturday excluding Sundays and public holidays. This is subject to change at any time. 

For any GCC orders (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain) orders will be delivered by the local courier daily from Sunday to Saturday including Friday and public holidays. This is subject to change at any time depending on local holidays. 

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order direct from the local courier company. For International orders; shipping is free over 500AED. For orders 499AED and below shipping rate will depend of country of delivery and will be confirmed at time of order placement. All local taxes & duties are to be collected, paid for and are the responsibility of the customer at the country of delivery. Conscious Collective is not responsible for any payment of duties and taxes payment for the country of delivery. On this site returns are also always free of charge. You can find more information in the "Returns and Refunds" section. Returns are only applicable on unworn and unused items.
