Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation
We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call drop us an email to hello@consciouscollectivelabel.com to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancelation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact us on our email address and we will be happy to assist you.
Conscious Capsule Subscrptions may be cancelled anytime by visiting your Conscious Capsule Subscription.
Returns *Excluding Subscriptions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are more than happy to exchange the size should you need it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, and as per the Law we will offer refunds when a product has a manufacturing fault and/or defective. We aim to repair if possible or exchange for a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Conscious Capsule subscriptions are not applicable to the policy above since they are reused and recycled garments and may not be 100% perfect upon receipt. We will asess with any queries regarding subscriptions, and the contents of any capsule received on the email address above, we would be more than happy to help.
